VULTIC™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. VULTIC™ is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after handoff to the carrier, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. VULTIC™ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.
