At VULTIC™, we stand behind the clinical-grade quality of our technology. We want every customer to experience real, visible results. This policy has been designed to give you complete peace of mind while ensuring a fair and transparent process for all parties.
1. Our 60-Day Results Guarantee
We are confident in the effectiveness of the VULTIC™ system. This is not a 30-day or 60-day free trial, but a 60-Day Results Guarantee backed by our confidence in the product. If you use the device consistently as directed and do not experience any noticeable improvement in your skin within 60 days of the original purchase date, you may request a full refund of the purchase price.
To qualify for the 60-Day Results Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

The refund request must be submitted within 60 calendar days from the original date of purchase.

The device must have been used consistently, a minimum of 5 days per week, for the full 60-day period, following the usage instructions provided.

The customer must contact our support team at support@vultic.com and provide a brief description of their experience and usage routine.

The request must include the original order number.

The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one claim per customer.
VULTIC™ reserves the right to verify usage and may request photographic documentation or additional information before approving any refund under this guarantee. Approval of refund requests is at the sole discretion of VULTIC™.
2. Personal Hygiene Product Classification
As a personal care device that comes into direct contact with skin, VULTIC™ attachments are classified as personal hygiene products. For health and safety reasons, used attachments cannot be resold or redistributed. This is consistent with standard consumer protection regulations applicable to personal care devices under U.S. federal and state law.
This classification means that the physical return of used attachments is not required or accepted for refund processing under the 60-Day Results Guarantee. Refunds under this guarantee are issued as a goodwill measure based on the customer’s reported experience, not on the physical return of the product.
For defective or incorrect items, physical return may be required at VULTIC™’s discretion, subject to prior written authorization.
3. Standard Return Policy
Outside of the 60-Day Results Guarantee, VULTIC™ accepts returns under the following conditions only:
3.1 Defective or Damaged Products
If your VULTIC™ device arrives damaged or presents a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting support@vultic.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement unit or a full refund. Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery will not be eligible under this provision.
3.2 Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:

Items returned without prior written authorization from VULTIC™.

Used personal hygiene attachments, as described in Section 2 of this policy.

Products that show signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, physical damage caused by the customer, or use contrary to the instructions provided.

Returns or guarantee claims initiated after the 60-day window has expired.
-
Second purchases, repeat orders, or any order beyond the customer’s first purchase of the same product.

Bundle orders where individual components have been partially used.
-
Digital products, downloadable content, or instructional materials.
5. Return Process
All approved returns must follow this process:

Step 1: Contact support@getvultic.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship any item without receiving prior written authorization.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 3 to 5 business days and respond with a decision.

Step 3: If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 4: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. VULTIC™ is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Step 5: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and are outside of VULTIC™’s control.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part.
VULTIC™ reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price for returns that do not fall under the 60-Day Results Guarantee or defective product provisions.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
VULTIC™ will actively contest any chargeback that is filed without a prior return request, or that does not comply with the conditions of this policy. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in being permanently banned from purchasing VULTIC™ products and may be reported to relevant fraud prevention agencies.
8. 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every VULTIC™ device is covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions.

Normal wear and tear.
-
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VULTIC™’s total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. VULTIC™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The results described in our marketing materials are based on consumer surveys and individual results may vary. VULTIC™ does not guarantee specific outcomes.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which VULTIC™ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
