VULTIC™ | Shipping Policy

At VULTIC™, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

During high-volume periods such as promotional events, holidays, or product launches, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. VULTIC™ will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays via email.

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

2. Shipping Destinations

VULTIC™ currently ships to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or internationally.

VULTIC™ reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain locations at our sole discretion. If we are unable to fulfill an order to your address, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options. All estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase, and are provided as estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas. VULTIC™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Fulfillment Origin

VULTIC™ fulfills orders from multiple warehouse locations depending on stock availability and the shipping destination that allows for the fastest and most cost-effective delivery. The specific fulfillment origin may vary per order.

This does not affect the quality, authenticity, or warranty coverage of your product in any way.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our tracking page at www.getvultic.com/apps/track.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If your tracking number shows no movement after 5 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at support@getvultic.com.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. VULTIC™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, nor for packages that are returned to sender due to an undeliverable address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees will be charged to the customer and must be paid before the order is re-dispatched.

Address changes after an order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@getvultic.com. We will make every effort to accommodate the change, but once an order has been handed to the carrier, address modifications are outside our control.

7. Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss and title for all products purchased from VULTIC™ pass to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

Once the package has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been generated, VULTIC™ is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. All shipments are insured and tracked, and in the event of a carrier-related issue, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management.

  • Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they arrive.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.

  • Contact your local post office or delivery depot.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@getvultic.com with your order number and the carrier’s case reference number. We will review the case and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement shipment or issue a store credit. VULTIC™ is not obligated to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered to the correct address.

VULTIC™ is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local law enforcement and contacting your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance provider.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do the following:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging and product before opening or discarding any materials.

  • Contact us at support@getvultic.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence.

  • Do not return the damaged item without prior written authorization from VULTIC™.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery will not be eligible for resolution under this provision. Upon review of the evidence, VULTIC™ will, at our sole discretion, arrange a replacement unit or issue a refund.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@getvultic.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once the order has been received.

11. Holiday and Peak Season Delays

During peak shopping periods including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year, processing and delivery times may be significantly longer than standard estimates. VULTIC™ strongly recommends placing orders well in advance during these periods.

Delays caused by carrier volume surges during peak seasons are outside of VULTIC™’s control and do not qualify for compensation or expedited reshipping.

12. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders shipped within the United States are not subject to international customs duties. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with the laws of the destination state.

VULTIC™ is not responsible for any additional state or local taxes that may apply after the point of sale.
